Syndicated

I’ve always been in love with writing. The fascination, The creativity, the excitement. It is another way to create art. Especially if you’re like me, and drawing isn’t exactly your strong suit.

And I never thought that anyone would like my writing. I wasn’t sure that anyone would want to take time and read what I have to say. So, when my Mother suggested to me, that I should start a blog, you can imagine my hesitation. I was convinced that I wouldn’t get one read. But, somehow I got more than one. It took time, but it finally happened.

I started with Blogher and then I created my own blog. When I started with Blogher, I knew that I was a tiny part of something major and so far ahead of it’s time. I knew that these women that took a chance and they stood out. For all of the right reasons. I knew that Blogher was special. And I knew that I would be blogging with them for a long, long time.

But, one thing that I never thought, was that I could be Syndicated. It was incredibly exciting! I’ve seen many people on BlogHer that write incredible work and they make it look effortless. But, I never thought that I could be on the Syndicated list. But now, I am! I am so excited to be taking my writing to the next level.

I still can’t believe that these women like what I’ve written. But, I am so honored and humbled by it. I am working on my first post now and I can’t wait to share it with you all. Here’s hoping that my writing will only get better and stronger. And here’s hoping that the Ladies of BlogHer will continue to be happy with me.

  1. Congratulations! I’ve read a few of your posts and I really enjoy your perspective. This blogging thing really pushes our vulnerability limits and I love that you’re completely embracing that. Best wishes with your first syndicated post!

    1. Thank you Marina! I really appreciate it! I love your work as well! You’re right. Blogging is definitely one of those things that pushes your vulnerability. I really didn’t know that I would be vulnerable when I got started. I just thought that I’d write and that was it. But, now I realize exactly what you’re talking about. It does make you think harder and forces you out of your comfort zone. It’s great, you’re able to learn things about yourself that you didn’t know you could do. Thanks for commenting!!!
